So, I am making an Eldritch Theurge Wizard. I am taking the Theurgic Specialist feat, which give all of my CLs to my Wizard's specialized school's CL. I'll probably pick Evocation (ET is rather blasty), but I'd like to hear from you guys to find out what school to pick.

Just some quick highlights, ETs can use EB and an Area Spell at the same time, an Edlritch Essence on a Melee or Ranged Touch spell, and finally a Melee Touch spell on an EB.

My CL is going to be a little high than norm, so what spells should I take for this build?

You may want to look into the Reserves of Strength feat. It can remove the caster level caps, and would probably be quite useful for your build.

Okay, RoS seems really iffy, and I did ask for spells, but get this: I found a handbook for RoS on Minmax! It has a listing of spells and their caps!

Check out this guide. (http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75882/19867410/Master_Spellthief_%28a_mini-guide%29) I don't agree with some of his stacking comments, but the spell section has a lot of what you are looking for.

Something of note, even if it's not what you asked for: Theurgic Specialist requires Wizard casting and one other spellcasting class. PResumably, as an Eldritch Theurge, you're going Wizard/Warlock. Warlock is not a spellcasting class, so your Warlock CL doesn't count toward Theurgic Specialist.
