Other than Red hand of Doom is there any 3.5 modules worth running over original game play?

Modules exist to save you some time. They exist to answer the questions a DM might not have time to, to give ideas for DMs that have no time to do so.

Adventure paths in general seem to be good. Age of Worms and Rise of the Runelords both seem like fine ideas.
Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil, Expedition to the Ruins of Greyhawk, Expedition to the Demonweb Pits, Expedition to Castle Ravenloft, Whispers of the Vampire Blade, Voyage of the Golden Dragon, Heart of Nightfang Spire and Queen With Burning Eyes spring to mind as cool modules.

From the published modules that cover a larger range of levels, I'd say Expedition to the Ruins of Greyhawk, Expedition to Castle Ravenloft, and, perhaps a bit less, Expedition to the Demonweb Pits. Also, City of the Spider Queen, although that is 3.0

Also, I'd recommend the adventure paths Age of Worms, and Savage Tide and Shackled City from Dungeon Magazine. The original Rise of the Runelords adventure path, as well as Second Darkness (drow) and Legacy of Fire (middle eastern) was also based on 3.5, and the first adventure path to focus on pathfinder rules was, IMO, Council of Thieves. But that's not really important, IMO, as you can easily convert from PF to 3.5, so the later adventure paths, such as Kingmaker (sandbox nation-building), Serpent's Skull (Indiana-Jones exploration) or Carrion Crown (gothic horror), Jade Regents (asian oriental), and Skull & Shackles (pirates) are all fair game.

So there is a lot of material to choose from. Rather, the question would be what you're looking for.

Shutter, return to Temple of Elemental Evil....do you know how many PC's of mine have died in that place lol. It's a running joke amongst our friends. We even planned on creating epic level characters for the sole purpose of running through that module and having our revenge.

Forge of Fury is a decent low-level module.
