How would one create a template for a Chosen of a god or goddess other than Mystra?

I think Cadderly (Chosen of Deneir) was given stats somewhere, and that particular Chosen template can be reverse-engineered.

Chosen of Bane also exists in Faiths and Pantheons.

Using the Chosen of Bane as a reference, it seems that the template gives related powers to the god or goddess. For a goddess with a Portfolio of Freedom, Moon, Nature, Sun, and Weather, what might be some suggested attributes? Sadly, the goddess herself isn't statted out for reference.

When I played such it came just in the form of bonus levels. When I have DMed chosen it has typically been some free spell abilities, a con bonuses etc...

A lot of the time in mythology gods gave their chosen magic items.
