Moth familiar

Hi everyone,

I am looking for stats for a moth familiar for a gloaming sorcerer. I have in mind a ghost moth of maybe 2 feet wingspan, so I'm thinking stats somewhere between a bat or an owl... or is there any "official" stats for such a thing?
