Living Construct in MoI

So in the sidebar on page 196 of Magic of Incarnum, it says that living constructs do not gain bonus health from constitution. This contradicts the MMIII, which says they do. Since MoI is the more recent source, does that mean, by RAW, that Warforged don't get Con to health?

Actually, technically, wouldn't Races of Eberron be the primary source for the [living construct] subtype? As it is setting-neutral (theoretically, based on the jacket design) and has an entire chapter dedicated to Warforged (the per-eminient example).

Pretty sure the original location (in this case, Eberron Campaign Setting) is the primary source unless something later explicitly states that it is changing something.
