Hi.

I am pretty new to this game, and found this at the D&D Wikia.

http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Shadow_Blade_(3.5e_Class)

Is this homebrew? Or if the case being it's not, what book does it feature in?

In advance, thanks for all help.

It's homebrew.

For future reference: everything on Dandwiki is homebrew unless stated otherwise, such as with an SRD tag or if the page says it's been lifted from a sourcebook. Dandwiki homebrew also follows Sturgeon's Law.

Ewww. :c
Too bad, sounded like a fun class. :smalltongue:

What is Sturgeon's Law?

Then ask your DM if you can use it since it's far from overpowered.

10% of it is nice stuff. The other 90% is...not.

Shadow blade is a feat from Tome of Battle. I'd stay away from d&d wiki, as the homebrew is poorly marked, and 95% of it is terrible. Use d20srd.com for everything that is officially free.

Yeah, just glancing at it, it's rather like the core martial classes, except with no dead levels.

It doesn't look like especially *bad* homebrew (maybe a couple things need clarification, but whatever). It's going to be doing some of the same tricks as ToB or Totemist at about the same levels.
