Issue with subscribed threads

When looking at my control panel and my subscribed threads, the information shown seems to be for a different user, and the logged in name changes to someone named Matticus. All the other pages show the correct information, so I'm unsure what's gone wrong. Any help would be appreciated in figuring out what has happened.

I also had an issue with my subscribed threads over the weekend. They weren't showing up as updated when a new post was made. It's sorted itself out somehow so it's not a problem anymore, just thought I should let someone know in case it keeps happening.
