Is there any way to get Mage Hand as an spell like ability, without a daily limit?

You could always somehow put it on a necklace or something.

Ronove, the Iron Maiden vestige gives the far hand supernatural ability, which is mage hand but stronger. Only need binder 1 too (ToM).

Hand of the Mage (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/wondrousItems.htm#handoftheMage) does it for only 900g, if that works.

Do you just need a Mage Hand effect at will, or are you looking at something that specifically requires an SLA?

That should do it.

The former.

Even though you've got what you're looking for, if you're a ghost from ghostwalk you can get all the way up to telekenesis at will with a couple of feats.

14th level Shadow Caster. At first level you get Umbral Hand (Mage Hand but with a scaling weight limit) 3/day. At 14th level your fundamentals are at will.

Collar of Perpetual Attendance (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showpost.php?p=8235936&postcount=8) might also be worth a look.
