So, was just reviewing the Paladin and the Anti-Paladin/Blackguard.
Now there's rules for Paladins falling from grace and turning towards the darkness, But is there any precedent in DnD for a Blackguard or Anti-Paladin turning towards the light?

I don't think there is, but I would use the rules in the Blackguard section from the DMG, except switch it with the Gray Guard from Complete Scoundrel.
