Cheapest way to get a perma-amf?

Title says it all... basically. Suppose I want some method of having an amf centered on my character at all times, preferably of decent radius. What's the best way to go about this?

basically this, but there are some (questionable) other ways to do it.

I remember reading somewhere that if you take the PrC Foresaker into epic level progression you gain amf at will (at level 13 I think)

a custom item of continuous amf would be easy to work out but probably pretty expensive

I remember seeing someone worked out the cost of a rod of persist greater and it was 267k
