Antivirus Blockage Questions

I'm currently speaking with someone I commissioned for a drawing, and they want to show me their sketches for my approval before continuing with the project. For some reason, however, my antivirus program (Sophos) won't let me view the site they're using to host the image (conceptart.org) as there's a known malware that has been found there.

What exactly should I do? I can't seem to access the site, so I can't check the sketches, and I don't know how to bypass the antivirus' block, especially since that doesn't sound like a good idea if the place is a known malware hiding spot.

While there are tricks you can use to view unsafe stuff with little risk, wouldn't it be far simpler to ask her to just Email you the images directly?
