Is there a way, through feats or prestige class, to gain immunity to massive damage

We just did this in Iron Chef. Death Delver, level 8.

I'm also pretty sure that anything that makes you immune or resistant to crits makes you just as immune or resistant to massive damage.

Not a feat, but becoming undead (AKA Necropolitan) also makes you immune, IIRC.

If you mean the optional massive damage rule (50 or half hit point total, which ever is greater, make fortitude save or die) being undead would do it.

Massive damage (50hp in a single damage roll) isn't a variant rule, it is however a rule that is frequently tossed out on its ear, right next to the multiclass xp penalties rule. This is especially true in games where characters are regularly doing 50+ damage on nearly every hit.

A Fort save of +14 and the feat Steadfast Determination (nat 1 on Fort save is not automatic failure, also adds Con to Will) will do it. Unless something's debuffing your Fort save enough to matter, in which case you just get a higher save. Cast Superior Resistance every day (or get the Cloak), have a Con score, and take a class with good Fort saves.
