It was the beginning of spring. What it actually meant was that less customers would seek Silvana's companionship for warmth. Even a single reason less meant less customers, and within the busy streets of Mohora, that could mean the whole difference.
Silvana scouted for potential customers while walking through the streets, avoiding the patrolling guards. The people of Mohora was getting restless. Silvana heard that one of the gangs had even destroyed a scroll and potion shop because the owner refused to pay for protection.
On the other hand, a caravan was supposed to reach town later the day, which meant new, foreign customers. A festival is going to be held in less than two weeks, although nobody knows why, but the citizens seemed excited and in the middle of preparation. Perhaps she could find those stressful enough that would want to seek ways to release built up stress.
