Weapon and armor enchantment question(PF)

Hello :)

I am running a PF campaign now and I am randomly generating items for a high lvl antiparty.

In core rulebook, page 468, I have rolled two special ability+roll again and a +3 weapon. On weapon special abilities table I have rolled Roll again twice. Now, I have 7 abilities for this weapon and most of them are beyond +3.

Is it even possible to stack all of those into one weapon? I don't understand how can a +3 weapon have two +4 abilities.

I don't know in pathfinder; but in 3.5 you could have up to +10 in a weapon (pre-epic at the least), it didn't matter if it was enhancement bonus or special abilties. so you could have a +1 speed (3) wounding (+2) unholy (+2) axiomatic (+2) greatsword which is equivalent of a +10 weapon.

Do note that the enhancements can't go higher than +5 in non epic play.
