[PF] Life Oracle getting bonus spells before they can be cast?

So, a life oracle gets Neutralize poison (a 4th level cleric/oracle spell) at 6th level, when they've just learned 3rd level spells and Mass Heal (9th level) when they've just learned to cast 8th level spells. Does this mean that they actually get Neutralize poison as a 3rd and Mass Heal as an 8th, or are they sort of shafted in that they cannot cast their bonus spells until two levels after they have earned them? =\

I couldn't find any RAW anywhere to support this, even though it is the most logical outcome. Anyone know where this can be cited?

It's in the APG errata on paizo's website, it was supposed to be listed on their bonus spells section for mystery the same as sorc's
edit: hmm you are either using the updated book already or the prd, either way yeah you get them early
