Ok Playgrounders I have a bit of a task for you.
My craft-fu just isn't working for me and I can't seem to work out how much this item would cost to make, and then sell on the open market.
Item:
A mummified hand, worn around the neck that allows the wearer to cast Energy Drain 1/day, Finger of Death 3/day and allows access to Vampiric Touch at will.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
