I need help designing a crew that specializes in gunnery for Skull & Bones. The GM is allowing a lev 1 crew of a base class. My primary question is: what does the Profession (Gunnery) skill do in this case? Does it merely determin their sallary, or can I use it to replace the Prof (Sailing) skill for a Seamanship check to attack? Does it alter loading time? Should they all have it, or just the Master Gunner?
