Visiting HALO
HALO is located Under the Sea! However that doesn't mean you can't visit...
There are Shuttlepods providing arrivals and departures on a regular schedule.
There are no anti-teleport wards!
If you can't teleport yourself, there are Ring Transporters, which link (among other places) the Mall of Acronymia from Inside.

Important Note for Villains
Conflict is great! It's the heart of any story, and there isn't much to roleplay without it. However, as a player to player courtesy, please check in with the players who are active at any given time before launching an attack. Not everyone wants to roleplay combat scenes, and sometimes there are other things going on that players don't want to interrupt for a random fight. Either a PM/IM to players, a short post in thread to say (Mind if I introduce a villain here?) or a longer post in the OOC thread if it's a larger plot is appreciated.

My personal logic, when it comes to mirror-worlds, is go ahead. It's the world your character is from, no one else ever has to visit there, no one might even be able to visit there, so by all means, go ahead.
But that's just my logic. Others probably wouldn't agree.

The problem is that the facility can't be totally secure. Sure, it will have the usual defenses and security systems, but at the end of the day, it's going to be sitting out in a field in the Nexus. Only Magtok and Remnant keep anything useful in computer files, and HALO would never be able to hack into those. Some people use radios, but those are bound to be well encrypted. Powerful diviners and scryers could get him what he needs to know, but HALO has none of those. The best way to go about it would be to establish a HUMINT network of informants to tell him what is going on. But he's too busy to set that up, and nobody in HALO has come forward after he requested a spymaster.

Trixi looks around, bewlidered, then focuses on "the fox-eyed king". I, uh, I think I got lost. she says, blushing brightly. You haven't happened upon a man who's equally lost, have you? she describes Rigel. I was supposed to find Mister Tobias and introduce the two, but I got distracted by a new girl, and was escorting her to the kitchen, and somewhere along the way Rigel must have taken a wrong turn, and so I went looking for him, and now I can't find my way back to the kitchen, where Lili is sure to think I abandoned her. She looks to be about to break into tears.

Returning to Base

The Inspector returns to the base via shuttle. The man has changed a lot. He's missing his right eye and left leg. His leg from a fearsome sandworm from when he was stuck in the desert sub-plane of punishment for three years. Huis eye from a fight with an old criminal named Maleficious. The Inspector's old navy coat is torn at the bottom, and the gold outlines are faded. The navy trenchcoat is open for once, exposing his black shirt, chain mail underneath. His black pants are ripped at the bottom, long black boots reaching his calfs. His wooden leg has a sharp metal tip, which clacks as he walks. He uses his old cane to walk, and his black gloves are worn out. His face is rather gnarled, weather-beaten and heavily scarred. One gray eye looks out over the base. A wide-brimmed navy hat covers his face half-way with shadow. He strides inside, looking for Tobias or some familiar face, hoping he wouldn't get shot at.

"If you feel the need." Reinholdt says, not really wanting to pressure anyone into anything.

"There are ways, but if you'd rather me not, that's fine."
This conversation could go on for a good chunk of time.

None of those names are familiar. There are at least three people in his base that Tobias doesn't know. What a security nightmare. Tobias sighs. Yeah, this place is confusing. But it's also magic. So, you know, if you think about where you want to go, you can usually get there easier.

Well, Samael can't fault Civvy for wanting to understand something. So he shrugs and decides to follow her, just in case she bothers the poor sap. Also, this way he gets to look at her backside. :smalltongue:

Agatha has not met Erin, but Callie is apparently telling everyone about her, so Erin could know who she is. Yes.

Hm... She's moderately tall, with gold-brown eyes, and dark brown hair, which comes to about her knees, and seems to have not really been brushed (or washed, though it has probably had water poured over it at times) in around two hundred years. Her wrists, from what can be seen of them, are calloused and chafed, like she's been chained or handcuffed for a prolonged period.

Her clothing is fairly modern, but (as far as can be told, given the mass of hair obscuring everything) is rather tattered, and seems to have quite a few bloodstains on it.

She shrugs apathetically.

"Doesn't matter."

Not sure if they ever met, but the person is Zefir wearing some normal clothes, I would say inconspicuous for the nexus. He also disgused himself making his skin more tan adding a scale in the face and using contact lense to fake eye color. After all they may know him so better diguss.
