Aim:
Mailman / Buffer / Debuffer
Mid-optimization

Restrictions:
Dragonlance setting
Required to be a transmuter
Game will end around level 15
Needs two metamagic / item creation feats by lvl 5 (if needed empower will be taken earlier)
Sources: Any non-setting specific 3.5, subject to DM's approval. Dragonlance 3.0/3.5 material.

Stats:
Str 13, Dex 13, Con 14, Int 18, Wis 12 Cha 14
Can be switched around if needed. Increases in Int-Int-Dex

Build:
Beguiller 1 / wizard 1 / Human paragon 3 (wizard) / Ultimate magus 10

Variants:
Spacialist wizard (Transmuter, banned Illusion and Necromancy), Martial wizard (trade scribe scroll for improved toughness)

Feats:
1: Forceful Spell
1 (Human): Open
2 (Wizard): Improved Toughness
3: Open
4 (Paragon): Praticed spellcaster (Beguiler)
6: Empower Spell
9: Residual Metamagic
10 (Magus): Maximize Spell
12: Open
14 (Magus): Quicken Spell
15: Open

I tried to take a single MM feat of level 1-4, to fully use UM class features. Looking for ideas on the open feats and general advice on the build.

Also looking for a good trade-off for my familiar (i don't like familiar, just personal taste), PHB2 option seems the best one but still looks sub-par.

There's a flaw (Forlorn) that straight up gives away your familiar. So that's easy.

I don't think flaws are allowed in this game but i'll check with my DM

Also i'm thinking about adding "invisible spell" to the list, wich could be amazing in conjunction with the "false theurgy" skill trick.

Edit:
Flaws are out, skicll tricks are out, so invisible spell is out too.
