I can't make heads or tails of how spirit shaman work with bonus domains. The text for domains isn't clear about it in my mind, and it should be since they're both in the same book. Can someone please explain this to me or show some custserv post explaining it?

Prety much liek the shugenja : You get scratch as you dont have any domain slot (maybe you get the domain power but thats all)

It is all to the DM discretion

Complete Divine has your answer, near the beginning of the chapter that talks about PrCs, IIRC. The spells would be added to your spell list, and you can prep/cast them each one time per day. You don't GET extra slots like a Cleric does, but you can use the spells. You do have to take them as one of your unique spells/level, though.

Don't forget you also get the granted power!

So you'd have to choose them each as one of your unique spells per level, but you'd still only be able to cast them each once per day? That sounds horrible.

There's no 1/day limit (that's an Arcane Disciple/prepared caster thing), but it's pretty lackluster.

Some Domains have granted abilities that are better than the spells in the first place though.

Keld Denar + eggs = correct, at least as close as possible. Quoting from page 20 of Complete Divine: "If a noncleric enters a prestige class that allows access to a domain, the character still gains access to the domain. She can use the granted power bestowed by the domain normally. ... If the noncleric is a spontaneous caster like a sorcerer or favored soul, then she may select a domain spell to add to her spells known whenever she would have an option to choose a new known spell. ... Once the domain spell is known, the sorcerer may cast it freely." Technically you're 'retrieving' spells, not selecting spells known, but the mechanical effect is the same as choosing spells known each day.

EDIT: The 1/day limit applies to other casters who memorize, whether or not they use a spellbook, as explained in the same paragraph on page 20.
