Is there any way to get more than a 15-20 critical range?

Depends on what materials are allowed.

Anything that isn't 3rd party or homebrew.

Psychic Weapons Master and Street Fighter Barbarian increase the threat range beyond Keen/Improved Critical; each is specifically 3.5-legal. Disciple of Dispater falls into a hazy 3.0 zone where it may or may not increase that range further.

Hazy 3.0 zone is fine. What books are these from?

I'm not sure if you can use this but weapon master PrC from Oriental adventures gets some stacking critical range talents.

Psychic Weapons Master here (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20040827d), Streetfighter Barbarian is here (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/we/20070228a).

EDIT:
And while I'm linking, the Mythic Exemplar Zetapup mentioned below is in Complete Champion, excerpted here (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20070504a&page=3). Sunyartra is the relevant path.

There's the Disciple of Dispater from BoVD, although that's 3.0, so you'd have to discuss it with your DM.

There's a web enhancement alternate class feature for barbarians which increases critical range by 1 on a charge.

The Psychic Weapon Master (Which I think is also available on the web) increases crit range by two after 7 levels.

The Mythic Exemplar from Complete Champion (Sorry, I was reading the Complete Warrior a little before posting this  ) can temporarily increase crit range by 1 once per day.

Kaorti Resin is worth mentioning (I believe it's available on the web) as it increases the critical multiplier. Also, there are debates regarding whether or not Disciple of Dispater and Psychic Weapon Master stack, as the Disciple requires you to use iron weapons and Psychic Weapon Master requires you to use a "standard crystal" weapon.

When you get a critical range as big as this, you might want to start looking into stuff like the Lightning Mace feat. I hope this helps.

Edit: Ninja'd

Those are all very interesting but I don't really want my whole build to be built around this, but I'll probably look more at DoD.

The problem with Disciple of Dispater is that it really isn't hazy; it just doesn't work in 3.5 rules. The class's Iron Power ability provides an exception to the critical threat range limitations of 3.0 Improved Critical, but obviously can't override the 3.5 Improved Critical which wasn't even written at the time. The Primary Sources rule for 3.5 D&D says that the core rules win disagreements, so that's the end of the matter.

Basically, it works if you can pull the wool over your DM's eyes. I've seen that happen, but when the DM wises up ─ bad things tend to happen to the character. :smalleek:

The Iron Power ability is also limited to iron/steel weapons, which is fine normally, but wouldn't stack with other special materials like Kaorti resin.
