OK. I'm working on a circus based campaign. Evil of course. I need a ring leader. I'm thinking lvl 15 + werewolf lord template. his stats are as such: two 18s one 16 one 14 and two 12s. any race will do but needs to look passable as human seeing as how the majority of the people in this world are human (around 99%) any advice is welcome.
