Dive attacks and bull rushes

So my friend and I are having a discussion/debate about dive attacks. The issue is what would happen if you were to have a fighter with the dungeon crasher class option from Dungeonscape (p.10) and who could fly. Could this hypothetical character perform a dive attack and bull rush a person into the ground as part of the charge thus giving the damage from dungeon crasher?

I've seen people jump in order to be able to dungeoncrash people into the ground, so flying would easily be a valid choice to do so.
