Drow Cavern Sniper (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/other-races/featured-races/arg-drow/cavern-sniper-fighter-drow)/Dawnflower Dervish (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/fighter/archetypes/paizo---fighter-archetypes/dawnflower-dervish)
Umm, is there some conflict I'm not aware of? or do I have a Crossbow Commando Drow?
Also is it better than the Crossbowman Fighter (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/fighter/archetypes/paizo---fighter-archetypes/crossbowman)?

if by Drow crossbow commando, a mobile character that runs around making pot shots, then yes I suppose you have. crossbow fighter looks like it has a higher damage out put though.

Only on a readied action.
The Cavern Sniper gets an extra attack, and the Dervish can attack on a move.

In what way?
I see no special ability from the Cavern Sniper that grants an extra attack?
I think you are thinking about Lightning Strike from the Dawnflower Dervish.

Cavern Striker highlights:

- Requires being a subpar race (con hit; worthless int bonus, longer darkvision isn't worth the light sensitivity).
- Trades a FEAT for the ability to apply some low level spell effects to arrows 1/day each (see below). Actually probably a fair trade, but painful to a low level archer.
- Replace Bravery for a (small) bonus to a niche situation that likely wouldn't even be called into question by most DMs (shouldn't that be covered under the whole "Sniping" penalty?).
- Trade 4th level FEAT for an ability that's total crap. Archers like feats, you know...
- Get an extra +1 to hit and damage over weapon training in return for not getting weapon training and thus never being able to get Gloves of Duelling, leaving you at a net -1 to hit and damage than a vanilla fighter AND without the flexibility of weapon training in other types of weapons! Holy crap that's bad!
- +2 uses per day each of your SLAs at basically no cost. Not amazing, but all gain, no pain. So this is good.

This is a bad archetype. Has some positives, but a lot more negatives.

Although with the noble drow feats you can apply your spell like abilities to shots 1/round all day.

Drow Noble is also a blatantly broken race.

Drow Noble is also a blatantly broken race.

Its not a race, its a chain of 3 feats. The first isn't broken (detect magic at will is nifty. Feather fall 1/day is okay and levitate 1/day could be problematic but won't be game breaking).
The second one just allows you to use each drow SLA 2/day and makes darkness deeper darkness.
The third one is the only possibly broken one as that gives you your drow SLA at will use. But even then...powerful? Sure. blatantly broken?

Mechanically? No conflict.
Flavorfully? You must be a Drow that worships Sarenrae, which is unlikely, but possible

Drow Noble is also a blatantly broken race.

Boci is talking about Drow (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/arg-feats/drow-nobility-drow) Racial (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/arg-feats/improved-drow-nobility-drow) Feats (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/arg-feats/greater-drow-nobility-drow). Which are a string of 4 feats, that gives a Drow all of the Noble abilities, but not the Stat mods. Includes Spell Resistance (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/arg-feats/noble-spell-resistance-drow).

Its not a race, its a chain of 3 feats.

StreamOfTheSky said Drow NOBLE (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/monster-listings/humanoids/drow-common/drow-noble) which IS a race, and is the most overpowered "no adjustment" race, +4 Dexterity, +2 Intelligence, +2 Wisdom, +2 Charisma, –2 Constitution, Spell Resistance, 6 At-Will low level spells, and 1 a day each higher level spells.
It has been Semi-retired/phased out with the introduction of the ARG. And no sane DM would let you play one anyway, unless EVERYONE got something equally broken.
