Hey guys, as you can guess the four of you have been all placed on the same team. You have been tasked for the north side of the town. All of you should have a little bit of knowledge about the others, except for Mr. J whom no one should know other than a small meeting once or twice. Good hunting.

Questions, concerns, comments? Post or PM.

Well, assuming that we're doing speech colors, I'll claim darkorchid.

Character sheet here (http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheetview.php?sheetid=438892) for reference.

I don't necessarily care for speech color, however if you prefer them it's all good.

Hello lady, gentlemen, and Vesth. I'm here, pondering a first post. Excited to get going.

Kelsey Ward (http://sheetgen.dalines.net/sheet/20236)
As a teen from a small town in Texas, Kelsey did not get along well with her classmates and peers. She was quiet and introverted and ran track rather than cheerlead with all the popular girls. Although not exceptionally gifted, she was focused academically and went on to study zoology in college with the intention of becoming a vet. Compassionate (if socially awkward) toward the less fortunate, she ended up deciding to use her gift with animals to help the disabled.

Her family was not wealthy by any means, so she could only afford to go to school in Portland, Oregon through massive loans and financial aid. She was amazed by the way some of the wealthier students threw their money around, so she decided to use her unassuming posture and reputation to her advantage, and started nicking things off them. It started small-- a pack of cigarettes out of the pocket, a few bucks here and there--but eventually she was buying textbooks with stolen cash alone, or simply filching the ones for popular classes.

Now, a year out of college and still stuck in the same internship she had over summers at a small town vet's office in Fallen Pine, she has reconciled her temporary bout of kleptomania and has decided to pay off her loans honestly (and safely) by training service animals and by working on call for the mentally and physically handicapped at her small, "planned living" apartment. She has grown quite attached to her current (non-human) charge, a Capuchin named Micheal, and is not looking forward to the day she has to sell him off to pay her next loan installment.

Kelsey has always been proud of her fast metabolism and apparent inability to fall ill. Sometimes she idly munches on the pet food at the vet's office when nobody is looking. She often doesn't even notice that the milk has gone sour or the meat rancid unless she has company, which is exceedingly rare. She eats a lot for such a slight woman and enjoys indulging her vices.

Kelsey is a 5'9" 23-year-old with dirty blonde hair and thick, plastic framed glasses. She is in good physical health and dresses plainly and practically, usually in jeans, a logo'd t-shirt. She is athletic, not buff, and almost never loses her cool if she can have a good smoke.

Unless the recruitment thread is going to stay active, I suggest that we (the players) repost a link to our sheets and our character backgrounds to this thread, although moving the chart to the OP is a good idea too.

Hah, impying I'm neither a lady nor a gentlemen? :smalltongue:

Anyway, for anyone hearing him talk, his name could easily be intepreted as "Mr. Jay", since they sound the same, and the second would make more sense.

Implying that, like myself, that you don't advertise it on the site :)

So, is that an initiation of combat? Looks like one to me; how are we handling turn order?

The enemy is busy with mauling Williams right now so the entire party can act first. The assumption is that the enemy used their turn to attack the deputy in an ambush manner. The turn order is :Kelsey Ward, Mr. J, Randolph Bridges, Jennifer Moon, Deputy Williams, and the enemy combatant final.
