Help me find a feat

I thought i saw a feat once that enabled a character to deal a small amount of damage if an enemy was already un-aware, and the enemy would never notice without some sort of check. Am I crazy, or does this feat exist? Needing it for an encounter tomorrow night where some PC's will most likely be in alot of danger.

I think there is a Skill trick (Moquito's Sting/Bite, etc) that let you hit someone with a light weapon, with them noticing you dealt damage until a round later. They know you hit them, but you could pass it off as an accident?

Anything else you remember from such feat?

I don't recognize the "small damage" part. I recognize the "unaware". I remember Mosquito's Bite from Complete Scoundrel. It allows to have "the opponent not realize that it has been hit until the start of your next turn."
