Cleric Spellwarp Sniper Build

Alright, so I have been building a character recently and as part of his back story he created "The Order of the White Rouge" more or less rouges that do illegal jobs for the church without the church even asking them.

I want this character to be a very sneaky cleric, so I picked up the race Tibbit (Also works really well because he can sneak around the church to learn about the jobs they need done). Right now I know I want

Rouge 1/Cleric 5/Spellwarp Sniper 5

Now to take advantage of the sneak attack i will take Sacred Outlaw at level 6. But I am not sure what to do till then.

I want to cast in my cat form and I also want to keep a good deal of my sneak attack.

No, it's makeup that makes you look pale.

For casting in Cat Form you need to either take Surrogate Spellcasting (Savage Species) or ask your DM if you can take Natural Spell.
