Duskblade Spells Clarification

So I understand the spells per day part due to the chart but, is there anywhere that lists the spells known chart? That and in the book it provides 2 different spell lists for duskblades... one on 24 and another on page 98.... each of the lists are different though. Can someone please clarify this for me?

Duskblades learn a new spell every level after 1st. They don't a spell known table.

The list on page 24 is the Duskblade's spell list. The list on page 98 is the description of the Duskblade spells presented in PHB2.

Bottom right of page 19. You start with 2 level 1 spells, and 2 + INT level 0 spells. You then gain 1 additional spell (of whatever level you can cast) per level.

The new spell learned though is it 1 of each spell level they can cast? or just 1 of the highest they can cast?

Just one, you choose which level you want.
