Awaken Construct Question

So, Awaken Construct calls out something created with Animate Objects as an example of something that is a construct temporarily, and therefore not subject to the spell. But Animate Objects allows the use of Permancency. Should a permanently Animated Object be a valid target for Awakened Construct?

Both specific-trumping-general (spell description calls out Animate Object as a no-go) and the fact that a Permanencied-Animate Object is still temporary in significant ways (since it can be dispelled or suppressed) would lead me to argue against allowing this.
