Paths of Prestige have seen fit to bless us with what may be the missing piece to the Mr. T puzzle.

The Prestige class Prophet of Kalistrade (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/other-paizo/n-r/prophet-of-kalistrade).

At 1st level it gains this ability:
Auspicious Display

So long as the prophet wears 1,000 gp worth of purely decorative jewelry, ..., he gains a +1 dodge bonus to AC and a +1 morale bonus on saving throws. This bonus (and the necessary value of his accoutrements) increases as he gains levels, (improves at levels 4, 7 and 10).

FINALLY a valid in-game reason for Mr. T to be wearing a metric ton of Gold Necklaces and other jewelry.

But what else do we need?
Well, Monk (www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/monk) is solid for 4 levels. It gives him a reason to not wear armor, and Mr. T has been known to Box/Wrestle.
I'm not sure which Archetype (if any) to give him, but he MUST keep the Still Mind class feature, this allows him to take Monastic Legacy (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/monastic-legacy-combat) to keep his Unarmed Damage progression (albeit at a slower pace).

But grarrrg, you ask, what about the Mohawk?
Got you covered.
WhiteBlack-Haired Witch (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/witch/archetypes/paizo---witch-archetypes/white-haired-witch) for 1 or 2 levels gives a permanent Hair attack MOHAWK HEADBUTT!

This gets us to about level 15 or so, Monk 4/Witch 1/Prophet 10.
Any suggestions to fill out the build?
I don't think more Witch would be worth it, but more Monk might.
I also think his Bab is a bit low, only 10 at level 15 (11 with Fractions).

Thoughts?

I pity the fool!
I got no time for the jibba-jabba!
Drink milk, stay in school, call 1-800-COLLECT and save fool!

Unfortunately, Mr. T doesn't dress exclusively in white robes (http://www.pathfinderwiki.com/wiki/Prophecies_of_Kalistrade).

However, that's not a terribly helpful link either.

Additionally, they practice sexual and dietary prohibitions.

I've read and re-read those three paragraphs, and I don't see what the sexual and dietary prohibitions are. Going to the link about droma only says "They must adhere to strict rules about diet and sex" but it doesn't expand upon that.

What are the rules? "You may not eat anything without bacon on it."? "Before engaging in sexual intercourse, you must bathe yourself in holy water and then eat a three course meal." "You can only have sex if you know the other person's name." "You are strictly prohibited from eating anything larger than your head."

Hey, I work with what I've got, and right now this is the only official class to give you solid benefits for wearing 80lbs. of non-magic Gold Necklaces.
Any reasonable DM would surely waive/adjust the "white robe" requirement due to the otherwise awesomeness.

Actually, Mr. T himself covers that:
DRINK MILK!
All shall worship thine holy Cow and its holiness.
DON'T DO DRUGS!
Drugs are bad, m'kay?
STAY IN SCHOOL!
Do not let earthly distractions (sex) distract you from the pursuit of higher knowledge.
