Here's the challenge;

If a 20 level Gestalt Build is made up of the following ingredients, what should the level 7 Gestalt Build look like?

2 Flaws; Vulnerable, Feeble Charisma

Dex 20
Con 12
Int 20
Wis 6
Cha 4

Cloistered Cleric 1
Drow Fighter 2
Egoist Psion 5
Exotic Weapon Master 3
Factotum 3
Feat Rogue 3
Fist of the Forest 3
Overwhelming Strike Monk 2

Pleasure Domain (Cleric 1) - Immune to Charisma Damage and Charisma Drain

Combat Reflexes
Exotic Weapon Proficiency [Spiked Chain]

Shock Trooper

Carmendine Monk (Requires Monk)
Favored Power Attack (Requires Ranger)
Shadow Blade (Requires Swordsage)
Wolf Berserker (Requires Barbarian, not using the clause allowing for Improved Trip Qualification as already get it via Wolf Totem)

Can anyone help me out with the best order to take the levels for fun and effective play from level 7 onwards?
