The door opens, and a novice in stained robes blocks the entrance way. "What? We can't fix the clap, and gout is your own damn problem."

Obviously, the young man is distracted.

Carefully striving not to touch the young fellow, Guildmage Perkins (http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheetview.php?sheetid=442962) interjects, "Pardon me, but I'm here about an escort mission? Mushrooms, was it?"

"Mushrooms? Ah, yes! Mushrooms! Come in, come in...", He totters away, mumbling to himself.

Following him in, Perkins introduces himself. "Greetings, sir. Name's Perkins, and might I ask what sorts of difficulties are to be expected on this job, and, naturally, what the pay might be?"

The man in ragged robes will shuffle a few papers around, until he finds the one he's looking for, and pulls out some spectacles. Polishing them, and then donning them, he'll say, "Yes, mushrooms. I need some Medicamentum Boletus. It is a rare strain of mushroom that only grows in places steeped in magic. Unfortunately, this also weakens reality and lets...things....slip through. So the danger is considerable, but I'd be willing to pay something around ten thousand gold upon safe return."

"Ten thousand gold? Oh, I've heard enough. This job's perfect for me, sir. If you could just give me the destination and perhaps a description of the way there or a map, I'll be on my way...you're welcome to come with, of course, but it'll likely be safer if I lead the way."

The young man will nod, and say, "I'll need to go. It takes skill to harvest. Meet me here tomorrow at first light, and we'll go over maps. It takes about five hours to journey out, and then five back. If there are no delays, it should be a single day."
