Death Devotion

My current character has the Death Devotion feat and I was wondering if I would qualify for the Life Drain feat and if I would gain hp from it, since Death Devotion doesn't usually heal hp

Those Devotion feats provide spell-like abilities, and Life Drain requires you to have an energy draining supernatural ability. Therefore, no.

I'm not sure about the interaction with getting you to gain hp from it, if you can find a way to qualify, though.

Death Devotion is not called Energy Drain, and it does not make any references to draining energy either. You'd be arguing solely based on Death Devotion dealing with negative energy. I'd call that argument thin. Especially considering that the Life Drain feat has assumptions in its text conflicting with how Death Devotion works (regarding the amount of HP restored).

Not saying that houseruling it would be a bad idea, though...
