As a point of reference I'm using the Moonblessed (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=211265) class.

Currently I'm looking for items for a 10th level character and find myself at a lose for what to purchase beyond some simple items. The focus is avoiding attacks so that my lunar radiance may be used unhindered. Unlike the Warlock I have no invocation for flight, and so I need to rely on high evasive tactics and items that help this eldritch blast that is reflex for half.

Any Ideas?

A Lesser Cloak of Displacement is ok defense. There are a couple of items that help with mobility and not provoking AoO's; Anklets of Translocation(MiC) in particular are very cheap and rather nice. If you are investing in UMD there are a large number of spells that can help.

Buy a stat booster for your primary stat.

Buy a cloak of resistance.
