Now am going off the SRD, but blue goblin gets free martial prof with any goblin weapon.

But, I can't seem to find any on the SRD, what exactly does this count towards?

It is mostly just a 'thing' that non-Human races get, to cover the eventuality of such weapons existing.
There are a few others that have "X Weapon Familiarity" without there actually being "X Weapons".

Heck, since the ARG regular Goblins (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/other-races/featured-races/arg-goblin) now have this (worthless) ability as an Alt Racial Trait:

Weapon Familiarity Goblins' traditional weapons are the dogslicer and the horsechopper, weapons designed specifically to bring down their most hated foes. Goblins with this trait are proficient with the dogslicer and the horsechopper, and treat any weapon with the word “goblin” in it as martial weapons. This racial trait replaces skilled

It wouldn't make much sense for Gob "Goblin" McGoblinington to not know how to use a "Goblin Hammer" (if/when there ever IS a Goblin Hammer).

If you want, the Dogslicer (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/equipment---final/weapons/weapon-descriptions/dogslicer) and Horsechopper (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/equipment---final/weapons/weapon-descriptions/horsechopper) are, for all intents 'Goblin' weapons. It even says so right in their descriptions.

I still maintain that this weapon familiarity means orcs and half-orcs treat torches as martial weapons.

Slightly off-topic, but at least related.
