[3.5]Chariots Galore

I am looking to make some sort of villain, that fights on a chariot, for my next campaign. My problem is that everything I find is for single mounted combat and not chariots. All Wizards material is permitted, including dragon magazines. Any help/tips finding any information pertaining to chariots would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Page 56 of the Arms and Equipment guide has stats for both single and double chariots. You'll have to read through the entire section for rules on how to use them, I've never read the entire entry.
