I was looking about how to make a character similar to this character that appears in one piece http://onepiece.wikia.com/wiki/Vergo

So to sum it up i want a build that can
1.Change the density of his body
2.Absorb spell(without or with the use of level 9 spells without preferably)
3.Change the density of other object for attacking purposes
4.Isn't affect affect by falling from large heights
5.Can "fly" by jumping
6. Stupid high ac(touch & flatfooted)
7. Stupid high will and fort save not so much on reflex
8. ECL 32 to 33 so you have alot of room
9. High Atk bonus and damage output
10.High DR

Thank for your help

Well here's something for nothing.

Unseelie Fey will give DR 15/Cold Iron at that high ECL. Iron will deal 1d6 damage to you just for touching it. Would would make for a funny one piece of irony.

If you want to go for a lower-op build of the character, Monk/Drunken Master could work. Good resistance abilities, the ability to use Improvised Weapons well, and so on. Alternatively, a Crusader/Warblade with some feats to grab/improve Damage Reduction could work. He gains the ability to shake off magic (Diamond Mind save replacers/Iron Heart Surge), can jump huge distances (Tiger Claw stances/maneuvers), and is pretty damned hard to kill. Instead of giving him damage reduction, just have him heal himself with Crusader and look like he's taking minimal damage from attacks- there are no penalties for taking damage aside from the last hit point, so just don't have him show it. You could probably do the build with just Warblade/(Idiot) Crusader and fluff his mechanics to cover anything else. Possibly dip Swordsage to get into Drunken Master if you really want him to get some benefit out of picking up pieces of bamboo and slamming them into people instead of swords. It's basically adding Reach to your unarmed attack, but whatever.
