How would one go about updating Seeker of the Song to Pathfinder? Are there any major concerns or houserules to consider? My fiancee is playing a bard, and she seemed interested in this one, but the consensus seems to be it is rather weak.

Consider giving it 1/2 spellcasting; the primary issue with SotS in my view is its lack of proper spells.
