You mean like this: Improved Shield Bash (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/improved-shield-bash-combat---final) Allows you to shield bash all day without ever putting yourself at additional risk.

Yes, but it's not a shield bash, it's an actual attack, or is it the same thing? also anyone have comments on the Horned Spirestalker? all I did was combine the gecko and chameleon statistics.

I'm not sure. But it says that attacking with a Klar (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/equipment---final/weapons/weapon-descriptions/klar) is treated as an attack with a spiked shield.
I would argue that if the attack is treated as an attack with a spiked shield, a feat designed to help you to attack with your shield (spiked or otherwise) should work. From my reading, it looks like the main difference between a Spiked Light Shield and a Klar is principally a matter of flavor (and perhaps saving a few coins). It might be subject to some DM interpretation, but I think you'd be on fairly solid ground for making the argument.
