My GM just informed me that due to me being OP with casters (many years of me breaking the game with a caster) that I am banned from playing a caster. As a result, I decided on a monk build (PF Monk).

Here's the idea:

Dwarf Drunken Sensei with Ruthless and Honored Fist of the Society.

I want to have Style Feats be the forefront of my fighting, so what are good style choices for a staggering drunken dwarf who is a cross between Mr. Miyagi and a Pandaren Brewmaster? I also want some dwarven feats to fill out the "white space" between style feats.

I've always been a big fan of Snake Style. Sense Motive roll in place of normal AC. So, basically you read your opponent and react to what he's thinking. You evade the attack before they even make the swing. Why not?
Let's say you have a Wisdom modifier of +3 (considering the way Sensei works, not a bad idea). At level 3, without even spending any extra feats to boost Sense Motive, you can use Snake Style to put your AC to d20+11.
Sidewind makes confirming crits easier. Snake Fang is the real treasure. When your opponent misses you, you get to make an Attack of Opportunity against him. If that hit lands, you can hit him again.

So Drunken Snake Style Kung-Fu? #1, Hilarious and #2, Crunchy.

He's bobbing and weaving (mostly due to his heavy consumption of Rice Wine), dodging attacks with a simple drunken stagger, then with lightning quick reflexes, he jabs his opponent in the windpipe with a flash blow that would knock a poor sod onto his cans.

So, what are the Good Dwarf Racial feats and good Alternate Racial Features for a near-constantly inebriated Dwarf?

Alternate Racial Features, nothing really jumps off the page except maybe Stubborn. Instead of having a dwarf's legendary resistance to poison, spells and spell-like abilities, you get a +2 vs. enchantments, and the ability to try the saving throw a second time after 1 round if the first fails.

Dwarf Feats:
For added durability: Fight On (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/fight-on) allows you to gain temporary hit points equal to your Con Modifier. Helpful if you need a last second surge of vigor to get the job done.
Also: Ironguts (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/ironguts) Never hurts to have a strong stomach. Makes you more resistant to nausea and sickening and ingested poisons. Also makes it easier to Survival check your way to finding enough food.

For Mobility, and a little combat: Ledge Walker (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/arg-feats/ledge-walker-dwarf) makes it easier to balance on narrow surfaces, catch yourself when you fall and makes it harder to knock over with magic. Makes sense for a Wizened Monk to have.

Not terribly effective, but thematically appropriate: Brewmaster (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/arg-feats/brewmaster-dwarf) Makes you a better brewer of beers and maker of poisons. *shrug*

Those are the ones (Ledge walker never struck me, but I see your point) I was looking at, and the +1 Natural Armor feat
