I'm going to be running a game of CC soon for a few friends. One is completely new while the others have some D&D knowledge, but none know much about Pathfinder.
Since there's only 3 of them, I'll be making a relatively simple GMPC to go with them, possibly replacing him later if I find a fourth player.
They're playing Ninja, Magus, and Cleric (deity undecided, but I think he'll pick Desna or Iomadae since they're mentioned in the Handbook. I know he wants to be able to have offense).
My character was planned as a Musket Master, but I'd be willing to roll up an Inquisitor or something instead if it meant a more balanced party, because I'd hate for them to get wiped within the first book. Any thoughts?
In addition, I don't really like the look of the Harrow card system. Has anyone played this campaign and had them work out really well, or are Hero Point simpler to use?
