I'm getting old and forgetful, so please help. :)

What was that feat which allowed you to stop foes on their track with an AoO? (Possibly only chargers, I don't remember.) I think the DC was damage dealt, and it was in every single lock-down build.

Stand Still, Expanded Psionics Handbook, p. 51
Requires 13 Str
whenever movement gives you an AoO you can give up on the attack and instead attempt to stop them from moving, they must Ref Save against 10 +damage roll or stop as though they used up their move actions for a round.
