Asistance with reach based character please

Could the community please compile a list of all the ways to gain reach? My DM, for a campaign, is wanting my character to wield a whip of great power(+5 reach via plot), so i'm going a character path for that kinda use. My main points are these.
A) A list of things I can use to improve my reach
B) A few ideas as to a character that would love this kind of reach

Also the whip does deal lethal damage and can take advantage of AOO's.

Awesome! I don't often play this kinda character so it's a whole new ballgame for me.

So stats look like this 18 14 16 15 14 12 11*
I'm thinking barbarian1/duskblade13/6? along with Goliath and Half-Minotaur, im able to do LA buy off so I'm not worried about that. I just don't quite know all the things I will have the room for. 2flaws and 2traits for feats and such.
I'm thinking about these feats but I also don't know what I should and shouldn't take.
-Arcane strike
-improved Bull rush
-Knock back
-Knock down
-Improved trip
-combat reflexes
-combat expertise
-inhuman reach
-extended reach
-willing deformity tall
That's a ton of more feats than I have room for. What do you recommend for this build? Also I'm still missing 6 levels in the build so I'll need to fill that gap. Don't forget it's a whip as my weapon! Also its proably going to be all about reach and sending the peoples where we want em'
I also read into the duskblade handbook by Dictum Mortum so I understand and like the concept
