First off, I know that inevitably, someone is going to say "You shouldn't make stats for (x)!" Acknowledged...but going to anyway.
If you don't know what any of these are, that's okay, I'm asking for help from those already familiar with them.

I'm building a campaign for a friend who is going to play a druid.

The main BBEG is going to be Slenderman, but Zalgo and possibly a blair-witch type antagonist are going to make an appearance.

1. Slenderman

I've found a few places where people have statted slenderman, one of which was on this forum years ago. Here (http://dnd-wiki.org/wiki/Slenderman_(3.5e_Monster)), here (http://forum.rpg.net/archive/index.php/t-526236.html), and here (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showpost.php?p=7707638&postcount=11).

They all have neat abilities and special qualities that I plan on using, but when I first considered making slenderman as a D&D monster, I didn't think aberation, I thought undead, and maybe a fiend. Then it hit me, Slenderman is a nightwalker (http://www.systemreferencedocuments.org/resources/systems/pennpaper/dnd35/soveliorsage/monstersMtoN.html#nightwalker)! It fits pretty well, most of the abilities are there. I think I'll decrease the HD, bring the size down to large, decrease the strength score a bit more, lose the crush item ability, and add several of the abilities from the above links, and maybe play around with the spell-like abilities. Thoughts?

I'm going for a CR somewhere between 7-12, as I plan for the campaign to end in the upper mid levels.

2. Zalgo

This one should be much simpler. I'm thinking an incorporeal living spell, probably something like blaspemy...but I'm unsure of what exactly. Does anyone know of any fitting spells (as in, a combination) or have a better idea?
There should be some sort of corruption-of-victims effect.

I'm thinking that when it manifests, you still don't see it, but everything within its area starts to get...zalgo-fied.

3. The "Blair Witch"

This should be pretty simple as well. This (http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20110115131639/blairwitch/images/a/a1/Le_projet_blair_elly_kedward.jpg) and this (http://thegalleryofmonstertoys.com/90swing/mcfarlaneblairwitch.jpg) are what she looks like. I'm thinking either a hag or a lich, and most likely a sorcerer. I know of the dread witch prestige class, and I'm actually thinking of calling it a "dread witch" in game, thoughts?

Also, how would you stat a hagraven from skyrim? I had considered making a were-crow template, but with a constant hybrid form, and where the animal form is actually a swarm of crows...I think I remember hearing about were-swarms, but I don't know where.

Any help/opinions/thoughts is/are appreciated.

Thanks!

There is a Murder of Crows swarm in Tome of Magic that can be used for the hagraven.

As for Slenderman... I don't know, I've always found that a ShadowToM Wendigo??? Choker works admirably well, especially if you bring it up a size.

Then again, I normally run E6, so...

Hey, always fun to see my homebrew being brought up places.

For the hagraven, though, there is a monstrous PrC in Savage Species that's based on essentially Wildshaping into swarms. With some minor adaptation, I think it would work well for hagravens.

I'm obviously fond of my own take on Slenderman, but the Nightwalker is a good idea for a base.
