Non-OGL statblocks are copyrighted, so unless it's on the WotC site somewhere (I didn't check) it would be illegal/against the forum rules for us to link to them.

Also, there is a separate subforum for 4e threads - though it seems like you're asking for two editions in one, so not sure how the mods would handle that.

Orcus' 4th Edition stats are in the Monster Manual.

I believe Orcus has 3E stats in the Book of Vile Darkness, and for 3.5 in the book Fiendish Codex I.

Before that a version also appeared as open content in the Tome of Horrors (by Necromancer games). Not sure where you might find it but since it was open content (as far as I recall) it might be out there.
