RHoD for Pathfinder?

The title sums it up a bit. What I want to know is what would I have to change to run Red Hand of Doom for Pathfinder. Any conversions that would need to be made like stat changes and such. Also it would be nice if someone could tell me if any classes may be overpowered in the campaign.
