My big wonder is, HOW DO I MAKE THIS GUY!
I know an Artificer or the like is appropriate for 3.5 for the appearance but beyond that, I'm stumped. Any help would be appreciated.
Also where is this from?

Renegade Mastermaker, it slowly replaces your body parts with warforged pieces, and does in fact make one fist bigger than the others. Then jump into Warforged Juggernaut.

Well, a refluffed Synthesist Summoner would work really well for you, since you have PF included in your title. In fact, you might DIp a level so you can get the strength boost and the extra arms/ w/e. Plus, its pretty fun stuff.
