So I was cruising the google and I came across the following image.http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_mb6lzmEnWi1rdy3s5o1_1280.jpg Spoiled for Size.
My big wonder is, HOW DO I MAKE THIS GUY!
I know an Artificer or the like is appropriate for 3.5 for the appearance but beyond that, I'm stumped. Any help would be appreciated.
Also where is this from?

There is a Paragon Path for Artificers that let's you replace an arm with one from a Warforged. Thri-Keen are the only PC race I'm familiar with that has four arms.

I'd say your best bet is to re-fluff a Warforged, either a Brawling Fighter or a Monk.

I don't know much about it, but the first thought that came to mind was:

Wizard going all out Bigby.

He ain't strong himself, and those hands can be, maybe, used only sometimes. You'd need high level, some fluff and maybe multiclassing to artificer or something, but for me, he is a Wizard casting Bigby.
