3.5 Do you exsist, Combat Cloak?

Are there any official stats for a combat cloak?
Are they all just feats that give you various bonuses while wearing/wielding a simple cloak?

There's the Cloak Dance (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/psionicFeats.htm#cloakDance) feat in Expanded Psionics, the Combat Cloak Expert tactical feat in PHB2, Raptor School feat in CWar and a Battle Cloak thing in Races of Stone that counts as an exotic shield (so it either costs a feat or Tower Shield proficiency to use). None are great, but you could probably work one or two into a build without hobbling yourself.

EDIT: Except Raptor School. That feat's a stinker.
