Wand inside a weapon.. ?

Someday ive read about a rule(?) or item(?) that lets you have a wand inside a weapon..
(1)is that true?
(2)in which book i can find that ruling?
(3)Can you activate that wand while you holding your weapon but both your hands are busy atm?
(4)if that wand casts a buff , you have to point the weapon to yourself?
(5)in which kind of weapons can you place a wand? a Comp.Longbow maybe???
and at last..
(6)How much time it takes to activate that wand? move?standard?full?other action?

Wand chambers for weapons can be found in the book Dungeonscape. Wands within work exactly as if you were holding them in your hand.
